| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: spoke with Shanisha in regard to their situation and the Ecoli. They system does utilize a chlorinator but it appears to either not be working or has not been maintained. The facility has closed off access to the water i.e. shut it down and is using only bottle water at this point for the employees there, excluding the restroom. A public notice is being sent as well. I instructed Shanisha to take 5 repeat samples and to go from there based on the results of those samples. The system will probably need a shock chlorination ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples have been taken will await test results. | ||
