| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received this alert today as well had a voice mail already from Mike. I called Mike and he indicated to me he had already taken 5 repeat samples one was a trigger sample at the well head before the UV light. We had a lengthy discussion regarding the UV light as it appears the system was not being properly maintained bulb not replaced or cleaned per manufacturers guidelines. He wanted to know if he still had to do more testing and I indicated even with the UV light the repeat and 5 routine samples the following month were still required. We will await the results of the 5 samples an go from there. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples have been taken will await test results. | ||
