| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine DETAILS: Routine sample positive for coliform #5hb. No treatment at Camp Indiola 4 repeat samples required. 5 temporary routine samples required by end of July. Recommended looking into treatment. Gerry is going to start flushing the dead end lines prior to taking any routine samples in the future. He is also looking at installing a UV light treatment gave the plan review phone number and discussed the requirements to go through plan review first.
