| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Left message for Judy on 6/28/13. Spoke with Judy 7/1/13 regarding a distribution sample positive. Judy said they found out there filters were dirty and replaced them. That is why there coliform sample after the filters came up positive. I recommended to Judy to flush the system and to take the 5 temporary routine samples that follows by the end of July as scheduled. The source well sample for the site was clean. Analytical laboratories process the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results. 5 temporary routine samples required form the distribution before the end of July 2013 | ||
