| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: The system has a score of 11 and was a PNC. The hand pump had a coliform detection in August of 2012. The follow up repeat samples were all absent for coliform. The system sample 5 temporary routines for September. 4 of the 5 samples were positive for total coliform. The system received a violation for not taking repeats and source sample. System didnt need repeats since the 4 coliform detects made the system a MCL without the need for repeats. The system also didnt take a source sample. I spoke with Kathleen over the winter about this system and she indicated that work would be done to this hand pump. The gaskets would be replaced along with the routine maintenance normally done to ensure the hand pump was operating properly. All routine samples for 2013 are absent. The system samples monthly. As the system had 2 months of coliform absent this year the violations were returned to compliance. Score now is 0 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor | ||
