| Details: | SUMMARY: Veneta SDA Kids Acaemy Confirmed Coli DETAILS: I spoke to Roger Beltran and Lisa McCann with the Kids Academy. Roger said they just replaced one of there filters and that he thinks this was a cause of the coliform positive in the system. I informed Lisa McCann who contacted me regarding the system on Tuesday they need to take the 5 temporary routine samples in October and post a tier 2 public notice for coliform. I e-mailed Lisa a template for the public notice and she is going to send that back to me for review. ACTION NEEDED: Issue tier 2 public notice and then collect five temporary routines by the end of October. | ||
