| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed coliform in Distribution DETAILS: I called and spoke to Jons wife and told her they needed to shock chlorinate the distribution. She said they have done that before. I also told her about the 5 temporary routines that will need to be collected in October and that they will need to issue a tier 2 public notice. Jons wife said she would have Jon call me when he got home tonight. And she gave me there e-mail address. I sent Jon an e-mail explaining what needs to happen and gave him a Tier 2 Public Notice template to fill out and send back to me. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate system, issue tier 2 public notice, take 5 temporary routines in October. | ||
