| Details: | SUMMARY: E.Coli and Coliform Alert DETAILS: I talked to Tanna Miller with White Branch. She said she forgot to take off the aerator on the kitchen sink and she thinks that is why it came back positive for Coliform and E.coli. I instructed her to take 4 repeats in the distribution and one a the source. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats in the distribution and one at the source. Waiting for results. Follow up with 5 temporary routines in October. | ||
