| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed E.coli DETAILS: Dan called on 9/24 to report 2 of the 5 additional source samples have TC detections and a third sample has both TC and E.coli. Dan disinfected and flushed the well prior to collecting the 5 samples. I informed him that protocol is to not disinfect the well prior to collecting the 5 additional source samples. Dan provided a copy of the public notice/boil water notice. The notice is posted onsite at the park. Water has been cut off except to the restroom building (where the notice is posted outside and inside) and to the park host (he is aware of the boil water requirment). I sent a well evaluation request to Russ Kazmierczak and Tom Pattee at OHA DWP on 9/25. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on well evaluation request and advise operator. | ||
