| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up for Camp Cleawox DETAILS: This water system purchases water from Honeyman water system. They need a DPD test kit and record chlorine residuals. The site did not have a coliform sampling plan or an O & M manual. They also have not tested there water for coliform. I spoke with John and he said they are doing all of required testing and monitoring, they have a coliform sampling plan and an O & M manual. Delta environmental is doing there sampling. All deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
