| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ follow up DETAILS: Rouitne sample 9/25 positive. Called Jamie and 4 repeats had already been taken on 9/26 and all absent. He thinks it may have been sampling error when the lid dropped and he cought it with bare hands. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines in October then back to quarterly. | ||
