| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TC on quarterly coliform DETAILS: Reviewed system with Mr. Shambaugh. UV light is used as well as settling tank. Settling tank is shiny clean and UV light is less than a year old, sleeve is new as well. He thinks the problem may be sampling technique. Reviewed procedure. ACTION NEEDED: Advised 4 repeats, however he says they will probably only take one. I reminded him to follow sampling procedure accurately. | ||
