| Details: | SUMMARY: TC repeat samples positive DETAILS: System received a second TC alert on 9/25. Visited with system on 9/30. The system indicated it had already informed the three businesses of the situation, and that the system had already been shock chlorinated over the weekend. The water lab pulls the samples so they will come out again during the month of October to take 5 additional routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: all corrective action at this time has been taken, take 5 routine samples month of October 2013 | ||
