| Details: | 1/21/2021 - I called and left a message for Casey Garrett regarding Columbia County PKS - Big Eddy's system requirements in response to their recent positive total coliform sample result. I said that 3 repeat samples are required (1 at the same source of the positive result, 1 within 5 taps upstream, 1 within 5 taps downstream) and 1 triggered sample at the well (which must be labeled "triggered"). | ||
