| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT ID: COLI12067 --- A routine sample collected on 9-6-13 tested E coli positive. DETAILS: 9-9-13 --- Vicki Coons informed me that this sample was mistakenly collected from an irrigation tap, supplied with non-potable water. I spoke with Chuck Michael and he informed me this sample would be invalidated and no repeat samples would be necessary providing a written explanation is supplied by Ms. Coons. Also, because this September routine sample would be invalidated, a new September sample would need to be collected: Vicki advised me it would be collected today. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
