| Details: | Wayne called to report the routine TC detection. He mentioned he collected a special sample on 1/11 that was good. He said the system had a power outage on 1/13 that lasted 36 hours. During this time the system had a complete loss of pressure. Wayne collected this routine sample the following week. I informed him of the boil water advisory requirement due to loss of pressure and emailed him the public notice and loss of pressure BMP. Wayne is distributing the boil notice asap. He will then decide what corrective action to perform and follow up with special samples. I reminded him that he must also collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and a triggered sample from each well. | ||
