| Details: | SUMMARY: Jessica had question about how to return violations to compliance DETAILS: Provided forms for comleting Tier 2 public notice, unresolved total coliform. Advised on taking, labeling and location of quarterly and monthly assessment samples. Dicussed the Emergency plan /Vulnerability Assessment completion. Advised not to make modifications to treatment system unless it goes through plan review first. Advised to complete the monthly assessment sampling prior to doing any plan review for modifications. ACTION NEEDED: post public notice, send copy to state - provided email address and form with instructions. Take quarter and assessement coliforms. | ||
