Details: SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: Toledo Water Utilities owns & operates a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) & distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,585 people. There are approximately 1,325 connections within the system. Water is treated from the Siletz River & Mill Creek. After the clearwell there are multiple water mains that leave the WTP. A tracer testing methodology must be developed which allows for the measurement of flows leaving the plant. Linda Hughes with the City of Toledo contacted the Circuit Rider to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. Modified Tracer Study to address comments from OHA-DWS. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
