| Details: | SUMMARY: Funding Assistance DETAILS: The City of Halsey owns & operates a water system which supplies approximately 780 people through 336 connections. The City has a groundwater sourced system with 2 wells and a greensand filter plant for iron & manganese removal. The Circuit Rider was contacted by City Administrator Rhonda Fischer to provide information/recommendations for water system improvement funding. Met with City administration & operations staff. Reviewed possible funding mechanisms for water system improvements & recommended a course of action to pursue. ACTION NEEDED: Provide financing application assistance, if requested. | ||
