| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected 10/1/13. Spoke with Don. The sample bottle had to be washed off before the sample was collected as it got some gel from a burst freezer packet on it during shipping, which may have caused the TC positive result. Don will collect three repeat samples from the distribution and source sample from each of the three active sources early next week as soon as more bottles arrive. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat and source samples, further action will be based on those results. | ||
