| Details: | SUMMARY: Did not sample for CT parameters on 8/30/13 and 8/31/13. DETAILS: I received a call from Dan Waterbury who stated that he forgot to sample for entry point chlorine, pH, and temperature on 8/30/13 and 8/31/13. Without these parameters, it is not possible to determine if CT was met. I stated that a Tier 2 public notice was needed and sent him the public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: A Tier 2 public notice for failing to measure parameters needed to verify CT on 8/30/13 and 8/31/13 was mailed to customers on 9/26/13. | ||
