| Details: | Due to the recent routine coliform positive on the 19th, the firm will need to collect three repeats (at original, upstream, downstream sites) and a triggered from the well. If any of the repeats are positive, it will trigger the firm into monthly monitoring (based on them having a prior M&R violation and a level 1 coliform investigation). If all repeats are coliform absent, the firm will proceed to collect three temporary routines in February. If all three routines are absent, Drinking Water Services can apply one of the routines toward the opportunity to remain on quarterly monitoring. Then the firm would take one routine sample during second quarter and so on. |
