Details: SUMMARY: System received TC positive results for source and in one distribution routine sample. DETAILS: System is having trouble with float in reservoir. It is not functioning and well keeps running. Tank was over-flowing. Operator thinks this problem may have caused the chlorine to be diluted. This system is currently on monthly assessment. This was begun in September 2013. ACTION NEEDED: No need to take triggered, but need to take repeat samples prior to repairs being made. I called and left this info on 10/8 at 8:05 am. However, the discussion about the problems occurred on 10/7. In November 5 temporary routine samples will need to be taken. Be sure to mark samples appropriately and test and record the chlorine level on the lab slip at the time the samples are taken.
