| Details: | SUMMARY: 6 month sample round for lead above the action level, 90th percentile result 0 .095 DETAILS: I spoke to Patricia the new operator about the current test results.We spoke about the system remaining on 6 month sample rounds and that a new public education notice would need to be posted. She is working to find assistance with operating the water system. She is having a grad student from OSU water quality help train them on proper technique to use for the Ph meter and phosphate meter. We discussed contacting the circuit rider with regards to the lead issue. Room number 5 is the problem. The fixture was replaced with an ultra low lead type two years ago. There seems to be a problem with orthophosphate getting to that section of the distribution system or other distribution piping issue. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor lead test results, send public education template. | ||
