| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to TCR positive 10/3/2013. DETAILS: the results of the 4 repeat samples from COLI 12141 came back positive in all four locations. I contacted Harold he will not be able to take repeat samples right away but will try to trouble shoot the problem and resample sometime next week Oct 7-11. I suggested shock chlorinating the system and letting and taking 5 repeat samples 5 days later. He was advised to issue tier 2 PN, and send us a copy. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for response from Harold. | ||
