| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Called operator Jeff but hes in Europe so spoke with his work cohort regarding requirement to take 4 repeats. He said he got an email from Jay Edgecumb regarding this and that Jay would take the 4 repeats. Called Umpqua lab and Teresa said someone from the system had already dropped off 4 repeats including the well source. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results to dictate further action. 5 temporary routines will be needed in December regardless. | ||
