Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected 10/8. Spoke with Keenan. He had already collected one repeat sample. I advised that one triggered source sample and two more repeat samples needed to be collected. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect remaing repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results.
