| Details: | SUMMARY: Veneta SDA Kids Acaemy Temporary Routines Confirmed Coli DETAILS: I spoke to Lisa McCann with the Kids Academy. All five of the temporary routines came back positive for coliform. Archie Walters, an elder with the church did the shock chlorination treatment prior to the TR begin collected. I have left Archie a message in order to determine if he did not do the disinfection appropriately. I have sent a copy of the disinfection instructions to Lisa McCann for her to go over with Archie so they can shock chlorinate the system again. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate the system again, take 5 TR in November. | ||
