Details: SUMMARY: TC+ repeat follow up DETAILS: Got phone call from Lab regarding positive repeats. Called alternate operator John Edgecumbe. Original sample site and well source absent, but two "upstream" samples positive. John stated he thinks its just a fluke and within the plumbing of the two homes. I suggested chlorination, but he feels the samples may not be representative of water quality. He will wait a few days and take two more follow up samples from original routine site and one of the two positive repeat sites. We discussed public notice, and he will send out and e-mail to residents. If chlorinate, .6 gallon bleach would achieve 2mg/L. ACTION NEEDED: Take additional samples next week as discussed to ensure absent of coliforms. Then take 5 temporary routines in November.
