| Details: | SUMMARY: unresolved issues, Priority Non Complier (PNC) status DETAILS: attempted a 5-mnth PNC letter, but Betsy Parry suggested involving the water master re: stopping excess flow-- system has been keeping its CTs up and sending in CT logs, but site host indicates he has not been able to take a sample form the new tap installed at well-- letter postponed pending visit with watermasters later this month-- Tami says they will resume monthly source samples from correct tap-- she was instructed to post a Tier 2, which I assisted in drafting-- note: watermaster looked at log and stated construction ok (?) ACTION NEEDED: site visit, send out letter outlining corrective action, try to RTC some of the violations | ||
