System took repeat and source samples on 10/14/13. System is performing repairs on well #2 (SRC-AA) so it was offline at the time of the positive sample. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples will be due in November. DWS to inactivate well #2 during repairs and also eliminate source sample requirement triggered from this positive sample. | ||
