Details: SUMMARY: temporary rotuine positive despite shocking, PNC status DETAILS: consulted with state whether he needs to continue sampling at this point or just take steps to fix (see e-mails)-- notice is posted, and hell repost-- county to seek assistance from Circuit Rider for how to upgrade this system and other problem handpumps. well has undergone one chlorination following initial repeats-- wellwater was murky and column did not recover very rapidly after flushing-- well may need to be reconstructed ACTION NEEDED: requested RTC or deletion of violation relating to source sample 3452113-- this downgrades them to non-PNC for time being
