| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/17/13 DETAILS: Called & spoke to Pauls wife Audrey. She said that Paul was working with the lab to collect follow up samples. I let her know that a triggered source sample was needed & 3 repeat samples. I let her know that it’s the same process as they went through last year. She said they remembered & would collect the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond as necessary | ||
