| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 10-1-13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator Kathleen. She is on federal furlough but the concessionaire that is responsible for sampling will take the follow up repeat & triggered source sample. She also indicated that the system had a new well pump & some replacement piping has been installed. She felt that the well was disinfected but the piping may not have been disinfected. She said the whole system will be disinfected regardless of follow up results. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up sampling results & respond as necessary | ||
