| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- source & repeat total coliform positives for sample date 9/18/13 DETAILS: Neil called this office to let me know that the systems follow up samples were positive for total coliform. I let him know that a public notice would be needed. I emailed him the link to the total coliform public notice. I also referred him to the oawu for potential circuit rider assistance. We discussed treatment options including UV & chlorination. We also discussed potential contamination sources including spring box issues & distribution system leaks. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed copy of public notice & provide further assistance as needed. | ||
