Details:	SUMMARY: Kate Anderson DETAILS: I spoke to Kate Anderson who said they have been working on the issues. They will have the well vent installed by October 22, 2013. The coli plan, ERP, and O & M Manual will also be done by the 22nd. I explained to Kate the most important thing they need to do is contact the plan review office and send in the required paperwork for the current well that is used at the site. Kate said she would contact them as soon as she could to start the plan review process. I told her I would give her a call next week to follow-up on the deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on October 22, 2013 with Kate Anderson on all the survey deficiencies.
