| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform + routine sample DETAILS: I received waterlab test result by mail on 10/15/13 indicating that a routine sample from 10/04/13 was positive for total coliforms - no alert received here at the office. Additional test results indicate that 3 repeat samples were taken 10/07/13 from the initial sample location and they were all absent of total coliforms. I contacted the water operator this morning to verify the test results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed | ||
