| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC investigation/follow up DETAILS: System recently accumulated 13 points following a TCR MCL event in September. Called Nate and discussed. 2 routine verification samples were taken on 10/4 and the boil water notice lifted. However, we need additional absent samples to RTC. Nate will be taking 5 temp routines next week. Will follow up when results in. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines in October, wait for results. If absent can go back to 1/mth. | ||
