| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of violations #903473407, 903473408, 903473409, 903473410, 903473411 DETAILS: On-going violations for failure to take nitrate and coliform samples. Visited system on 10/18/13. The system has now taken all required samples and is current for monitoring. The system has been RTCd in SDWIS dated 9/23-9/27/2013. The system was also listed as a PNC, but no longer as all monitoring requirements have been met. No further violations and system meets all monitoring requirements at this time. ACTION NEEDED: continue to take regular monitoring samples as needed and on time | ||
