| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a total coliform positive routine distribution sample. Sample was collected on 10/16/13. The park is seasonal and is shutting down at the end of October. I advised the system to not take any additional corrective measures at this point since the park is closing soon. ACTION NEEDED: Prior to the park reopening in 2014 - there will need to be a flush out procedure and 5 routine samples collected. | ||
