Details:	SUMMARY: Ecoli alert DETAILS: I went to the firm 8/29/13 and talked to Keun Soo Lee. Mr. Lee was aware of the volatile sample and was instructed to take 5 repeat samples. One source assessment sample, one from the previous sample site and three other samples. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in August.
