| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli confirmation DETAILS: Sample collected as a repeat on 9/4/13 positive for total and Ecoli coliform at the restroom hand sink. Called Keun Lee and notified him of the concern, he stated that his chlorine tank was out and he refilled it I explained that the sample did have some chlorine residual and it appears the source was not positive so it could be a cross connection issue that he should get looked at. He stated that he will have samples retaken by the lab next week. He agreed to continue to not use his water or boil it until he gets all good samples. I filled out the tier one notice with the information he provided and emailed it to him at keunlee22@msn.com and he said he would print it and post it on his from door. I emailed the notice to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Correct issue and take 5 temporary routine samples in September. Post tier one notice. | ||
