| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli Confirmation DETAILS: Samples collected as a temporary routine samples on 9/13/13 positive for total and Ecoli coliform. Called Keun Lee and notified him of the sample results, he state that his chlorine tank was out and he refilled it. I explained the sample did have some chlorine residual and it appears the source was not positive so it could be a cross connection issue that he should get looked at. He agreed to continue to not use his water or boil it until he gets all good samples. ACTION NEEDED: Correct issue-- take a triggered sample at the well, super chlorinate the system (~10ppm chlorine) for 60 minutes, flush the distribution system (take special samples)-- put on mo thy source water assessment samples at eh well-- and take 5 temporary routine samples monthly until good sample results are gotten. Tier one boil water notice continues to be posted. | ||
