Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform on sample date 7/8/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform. Let him know to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system & a triggered source sample at the well head. I also mentioned to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond if necessary
