Details: SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 8-19-13 DETAILS: The system failed to take repeat coliform samples in time. System will need to do a public notice. Jim indicated that they passed out a public notice. I asked him to send a copy of the public notice to the State & this office. He said he would send us a copy. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & obtain public notice
