| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on Wilson Reservoir - screened vent - survey deficiency DETAILS: Mark indicated to me that the City will address the December 5th, 2012 water system survey deficiency that the Wilson Reservoir vent is not adequately screened by winter 2013-2014, in an October 10th, 2013 email. During my phone call on 10/21, Mark reiterated that the deficiency would be addressed by then. I asked about a more specific date and specific plans on how the item would be addressed, and Mark indicated that the City has not come up with a specific plan at this time, but will do so in the near future. ACTION NEEDED: City to address deficiency by ensuring that the reservoir vent is adequately screened to protect the finished water as described by 12/5/12 survey report, by March 2014. DWS to work with city to ensure compliance is achieved by this date and offer support as necessary. | ||
