Details:	SUMMARY: Plan of action for survey and Plan Review on hold due to owner in jail DETAILS: The system and licensed facility has been kept open by family while the owner has been in jail and now extended another 6 months. All fund have been frozen so no action has been taken on the survey deficiencies or on the plan review of the system. The store is being sold in the next 30 days so asked for contact information when available and will work out a plan of action with the new owners.
