| Details: | SUMMARY: System change from NTNC to state DETAILS: I met with the new operator on site to do a survey. The system only serves 24 employees now so I told them I would change them to a state system. I explained that they would only be required to do annual Nitrate and quarterly coliform sampling now. I did not complete the survey because of the system type change. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
