| Details: | Several follow up attempts for 3 sample results showing coliform present failed until today due to problems in communication systems. As this system is required to provide 4-log viral disinfection, Jake expressed chlorination failure to be the likely cause of the results. We discussed need to assure (1) chlorinator to work as proportionate to flow, (2) effective measurement of chlorine strength at least at EP and (3) adhering to instructions on the monthly reporting form when 4-log is not met. Advised assuring correction prior to collecting next sample due by month's end. | ||
