| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance - coliform violation DETAILS: I was contacted by Colin with regards to coliform violations. He does not think he should have gotten a violation for the 2nd quarter 2013 since the well was shut down completely in late May 2013. I emailed Chuck Michael and he said they still had the responsibility to test that quarter since they were operating a t least one day. ACTION NEEDED: I sent an email from Colin to Chuck regarding 3rd violation for routine coliform. Chuck said that sample is considered a source sample. | ||
